Delivery and parcel pickup
Order processing times vary from 1 to 3 days. If you require a rush order please contact us so appropriate arrangements can be made.
Note that the delivery times can vary from one destination to another. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
To save on postage, select "Pick up in store" when you checkout. if you plan to meet me at the mall at a time that we have planned together beforehand. The order must be prepaid even if you plan to take the order in person to ensure the allocation of the product order.

Cancellation / modification:
To cancel an order, you must make the request by email (email@example.com) within 4 hours of purchase.
Returns are not accepted.
Refund or replacement of damaged goods received:
If an item in your order is damaged by delivery, send a photo of the item to the email address (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will contact you and a refund or replacement (if applicable) will be offered as compensation.
Exchanges are not accepted.
The personal information of the buyer will be used exclusively for communication purposes about the order, to process the order (delivery and billing), as well as for legal reasons.
